This company is terrible. I used another kit for several years, no issues, no problems at all. These people get your private phone number from your medical company then they call you to annoy you to use the kit, just because it helps them te statistics. Then they get the slowest speaking annoying person on the phone who drags it out endlessly. I requested my actual medical records, all the data, lab notes, because I wanted to evaluate the raw data myself and they said they would send it. They did not do as requested. I just got mailed to me the same letter I could login and read. So they lied! with out proof that they actually did lab work, did they do it? the answer is? probably not. It is possible they just collect samples throw them out and send some "proprietary algorithm" result. Don't waste your money on this test.

Just found out after 6 months my results aren’t valid and they want me to take another test even though my previous results were negative. What kind of crap is that! I used your service for the convenience but it appears I will now be getting the colonoscopy from my health provider. Don’t use these clowns, just get it done through your doctor. I will say this, if my results change, you all will be hearing from my lawyer and I highly suggest anyone in the same boat as me to do the same! This is unacceptable!
