Just found out after 6 months my results aren’t valid and they want me to take another test even though my previous results were negative. What kind of crap is that! I used your service for the convenience but it appears I will now be getting the colonoscopy from my health provider. Don’t use these clowns, just get it done through your doctor. I will say this, if my results change, you all will be hearing from my lawyer and I highly suggest anyone in the same boat as me to do the same! This is unacceptable!
They get names from UCare & send you kits that you don't want & did not order. Unbelievably you won't know it's coming unless you happen to get a notice from UPS. You can't opt out because there's no communication. My doctor sends me a kit that comes in an envelope with a tiny vile for the sample. Cologuard sends a ridiculous contraption made of plastic that ends up in a landfill. Shame on UCare for buying into this.
