They get names from UCare & send you kits that you don't want & did not order. Unbelievably you won't know it's coming unless you happen to get a notice from UPS. You can't opt out because there's no communication. My doctor sends me a kit that comes in an envelope with a tiny vile for the sample. Cologuard sends a ridiculous contraption made of plastic that ends up in a landfill. Shame on UCare for buying into this.

These people aren’t competent to mail kits to a correct address. They outsource to call centers in the Philippines who are totally clueless and incompetent. Expect to spend hours on the phone and endless follow-up to no avail. You’ll be dead from colon cancer or something else by the time you ever get a shipment from this company.
Very frustrated dealing with call centers in the Philippines. Please fire them and find a new one as they are not competent to follow simple instructions. Did not realize I could request to speak to someone in the U.S. - the difference is night and day. Hopefully I get this kit sometime in my lifetime.
