I hired Exact Roofing for a full roof replacement, along with stucco repair and replacement of architectural pop-outs, as part of a single project. The project never progressed to the roofing phase because the stucco work was never completed. I have a 2 year old roof from Exact Roofing & Construction with a warranty. I have called the company to ask for someone to come out and replace a tile that came off during a storm, recognizing that it is not a warranty issue. I left messages at least 6 times over a 3-4 week period and have not received a call back. I don’t know if the company has gone out of business or just doesn’t return calls but others should be worried about this lack of response. What if I had a serious warranty issue?

The did an excellent job. Very satisfied! Todd, the owner delivered as promised. The crew did an outstanding job. The always picked up after themselves. I highly recommend Exact Roofing.
