Avoid doing business with Exact Performance. I took my car their for an estimate, they have no process or check in inspection or rate card, but later the owner demanded money for writing an estimate, storage, etc. None of this was disclosed up front and the owner even said I am not worried about the money rather happy customers. When I could get no communicatiion for weeks and straight answers to my questions I decided to move my car. That is when everything changed and the owner became very aggressive. Took my car to exact performance for a full respray with bodywork in the past and then again when I got new exterior parts. Really good work and reasonable prices. Wouldn’t hesitate to take another car here for bodywork and paint!
