Highly recommend Vivid Radiology in Beenleigh for ultrasounds! I've had a few done recently, and my last 2 experiences at Vivid were fantastic. Today, the sonographer Seren was wonderful, as was my previous sonographer. Seren was incredibly thorough and made me feel at ease throughout. She was friendly and regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. Friendly staff from reception through to the technicians and love that it is bulk billed.
I went here throughout my pregnancy when it was exact radiology. I went back today for a CT scan. The receptionists are lovely and the guy who did my CT scan was very helpful too. Can be hard finding any health care clinic where the workers are there to provide comfortability and assistance so it’s great to have a great radiologist clinic so close to home.
What a great experience from Kate and all the staff. Friendly excellent service.
All the staff from the receptionist to the radiologist were 10/10 .
