The "F" BBB rating speaks for itself – Use them at your own risk , see their F rating with the Canton BBB. Would not trust Charlie with my bike, let alone my car.

Ripped Off – Exact Auto tried to charge me $538 for a front brake job. Took it across the street and got it done for $200 less. They still charged me $67.63 for wasting their time even though they did nothing to the car. A complaint is filed to the BBB and I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. Very unethical practices.

If it ain't broke they fix it! – (I DID NOT want to rate this crappy place..but I was forced to give one star anyways.) We were referred by someone who knows Charlie Kovach. (who just so happens to be dating him and leaving false positive reviews on sites like this!) My inital call was answered by a bob or dan.The person on the phone mumbled the name when I asked who I was speaking to.(But it sounded like Mr.Kovach) I explained to the worker that we needed a quote and were referred by a friend. Don't go there for anything! – I wish I would have read these reviews before I went there. I have a very similar story about Exact. I paid a lot of money to them and I still have a problem. I am working with someone else now because if you go back for anything they will say you have another expensive issue and try to charge you again to just look at it rather than trying to make it right. MAJOR RIP OFF - DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH EXACT CAR CARE. DO YOUR OWN INTERNET SEARCH - ALL THE NEGATIVE REPORTS ARE TRUE!!!! LOOK AT THE BBB REPORTS! TOOK MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND BY A FLUKE WE FOUND THEY PUT MY USED OIL BACK IN MY CAR or MAYBE JUST CHANGED THE OIL FILTER FOR LOOKS. Unprofessional Practices of a BBB Member – I went to Exact Car Care to get a heating problem fixed. The heater was not producing enough heat. I took the car in the morning. It had not even been looked at until mid afternoon. They called me, told me of the problem and that they had to order a part from the dealer. They gave me a quote of $360. I said fix it. Most smart cost effective engine repair – I actually now live in FLA.. come into Canton thru summer; always have Exact go over my BMW. I will not let just any yahoo get under the hood of my baby. Exact actually improved mileage with tuneup cost half of what dealer charges. Even got a loaner so I didnt have to sit. Bought 4 tires last year with super mileage, less cost than most brands without superior mile reports. Thanks a bunch for your expertise.

Most reliable-Cost effective – Exact is choice because of their dependability. I view auto repair as though it's surgery wanting skilled hands under my cars hood even though their hourly is economical at $60. Manufactor Warranty work can be done here saving a bunch especially on BMWs. Having all the up to date testing tools, problems are detected readily. Recently replaced all four tires having the longest wear range and warranty.

Quality Service. – I've taken my car to Exact for years, and they always have the work done in a timely fashion and a very reasonable price. I would reccommend this place to anyone for any kind of work needing done to their vehicles, no matter how big or how small the job may be! They always do a great job!
