Wonderful staff and amazing care!
I moved back to Roane county 2 months ago. I went to clinic today because I have a relative that talks about how great it is. I read some reviews after I got home. I was surprised I was welcomed so warmly! They addressed my medical issues to the fullest! Tests were run and results explained totally to me and explanation what to expect from medication given. Michelle is a blessing for this clinic. Her assistant also an asset to clinic. I appreciate them!! I highly recommend!!!
This was a very upsetting situation. My boyfriend went in to ask if his blood type could be tested since I am currently pregnant and have a negative blood type. Depending on his blood type, I may or may not need a RhoGAM shot. One staff member was helpful, but another simply told him to tell me to “just get the shot.” I found this extremely unprofessional. You cannot advise someone—especially a pregnant patient—to receive an injection without confirming whether it is medically necessary
Office lady refused to admit me for a minor issue because they did not accept my insurance even after I offered to pay cash. Since when is cash not OK?
