They took a booking online but when I arrived the location was padlocked and deserted.
Went to the 8th St. site last Wednesday for a rapid test. Was told I'd get results emailed in 15 minutes. This was important because I would be having contact with people the next day. Never got any results. Next day this site is closed: no answer to phone calls, no notice on door at site. Later tested + at a more reliable urgent care facility. Highly unprofessional.
