Adriana and Niko are very prompt and thorough. They take care of all of our buildings and notify us of any preventative changes we need to make. They also communicate directly with our tenants to avoid us spending the time going back-and-forth. We have used Exterminator Pest Control for way over 10 years.

I signed up for a new service just last month, and was told by the gentleman that came to my house that i could cancel at any time without a penalty. I just tried to call and cancel because we are moving, and was told there would be a $1300 cancellation fee. I felt the gentleman that came out to my home took advantage of a me (a woman) with a newborn baby that was crying, and legitimately lied to my face just to get a sale.
