My house is 5 years old this month. From the start, my garage doors sounded loud and rattled when opening/closing. Unfortunately new builds don't mean great builds. Ex-Cello showed me the company who installed my 2-door and 1-door garage door did so without properly adjusting them. The doors were difficult to open or close when they were detached from the motor belt drive. This also puts a strain on the garage door opener.
