Im giving this review as a caring person who is and still is watching a college student who sold their property back home, purchase a property from owner, as their income is based on student loans and little work income between school hours. Then turn fill out all paperwork necessary plus pay the application fee and hear nothing but nothing from management. TLDR: Avoid this place (and all Yes Communities) if you value your property. The ever-revolving door of uncaring managers and constant lot rent hikes is ridiculous! I just came home (4/28/2026) to find that the landlord/maintenance had performed a Force Mow, and in the process they destroyed my clematis (which was in a pot) and a small lilac bush. No one informed me about force mows starting up for the season (they normally post signs and send text messages), and clearly they don't care about personal property. I'm hoping to... read more

This place is a living nightmare. The management is HORRIBLE. Nobody picks up the phone and it’s clear that they do not care about the residents here. Crow tow is constantly prowling the park. Not even two minutes ago I saw a car towed from someone’s own driveway. I also had my car towed from my driveway, because I was parked sideways (to block off driveway to prevent my two year old from running into the street), and apparently that’s not allowed.
