Live here good luck getting a hold of anybody in the office. Called left 3 messages about signing a new lease since they now fine you $125 a month extra for not renewing one. Rate a couple months ago was $50 raised with no notification. Still a week and a half later no returned call. Had no water a few years back for over 12 weeks waiting for one of their here today gone tomorrow managers to fix that issue. Ewing Trace is a YES Communities Modular Home Community. It has a new Community manager and is making great strides to bring the YES motto alive: 'Helping people live rich, meaningful lives. One person, one family, one home, and one community at a time.'
We've lived here since '97... it used to be a great place to live but due to recent management they've turned it into complete trash. They charge you extra for a pool that's closed half the time... The trash around the entire complex is full all the time causing it to over flow continuously. Most the streets lights are burnt out leaving it pitch black, I've had multiple neighbors say they're scared to go outside at night cause of it. Also won't even let allow you to have something as simple as a basketball hoop on your garag... read more
