Was working a deal to purchase a home for sale by owner. Applied to live in the park and was approved but my dog is 8 percent... yes you read that right 8 percent German Sheppard so they said she wasnt permitted. I can guarantee you their are dogs in these communities that are mixed with more violent breeds. Insane. Withdrew my application because I would never rehome my dog for a house. Waste of time.

I simply stopped into the office to speak to a manager once I looked at a home that was for sale. The seller told me there was a pool and it looked like it was behind the building so I just simply walked over to look at it through a window and she yelled no no. I said well I was just going to look at the pool. No smile no stand up just sitting there with her face resting on her hand and stayed there the whole time. Avoid this place (and all Yes Communities) if you can. The ever-revolving door of uncaring/power-tripping managers and constant lot rent increases is ridiculous!

Im giving this review as a caring person who is and still is watching a college student who sold their property back home, purchase a property from owner, as their income is based on student loans and little work income between school hours. Then turn fill out all paperwork necessary plus pay the application fee and hear nothing but nothing from management. She has called, stopped in,emailed called.corportate, any and everything possible to get lot rent approved and so forth. (Remind you, city living is all new world). Now h... read more
