On November 1, 2024, the removed a neighbor's beautiful fence. No reason. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I JUST discovered something yesterday. So.. a manager from another Yess Community moved in about 2? months ago. This was after the home had been cleaned up, the house had new siding, skirting carpet, cabinets. It was like a brand new home. The park even installed 2 new decks!! She said she is planning to move to another Yes Community park with a bigger home. Recently toured the park, while some homes are kept some are less desirable. The management seemed more concerned on judging me for driving my work truck than asking what I thought about their park. Spoke to maintenance guys said. Over worked and definitely under paid . There are no perks nor amenities worth what they charge for a piece of 35 year old farm land. Run!
