Went here for my ssa physical to get my ssa. As my injuries have prevented me to get a physical job without going through pain ir having a ptsd attack Just to be denied ssa. Had my family drive me down to this location and all had my shirt lifted exposing my incision scar as I hate looking at it myself. Felt expose vulnerable and had to relived the moment I been trying to hard to block just to get denied. If it isn't one thing it's another and it all triggering me and effecting my day to day
Can’t go lower than one star. This is who the VA picked to do “Burn Pit” evaluations. This place is shady in a shady area. Here, let me show you their office sign on the door so you can find them. The place reminds me of a used car business that will go out of business as soon as you buy a car. The PA, not an MD spent 4 minutes with me, and all he kept saying was “I guess I will need to read your records”, no kidding Einstein. Took my Blood Pressure and temperature with a Walmart cuff and scanner. If this is the best the VA ... read more
