My Ferdinand duplex has nice space, but it's outdated, needs new flooring, appliances are old, it is not energy efficient at all, and there are spiders and bugs everywhere all the time. My living room will be 72*, but my bedroom will be 80*, and the air runs constantly (they've been there to fix it twice already).
