I purchased a $400 plus pump from Ewing Irrigation. Less than a year and a half later I had problems with the pump. I called them and left numerous messages and no one returned my calls. I finally got through to someone and was told to take pictures of the pump. I sent the pictures they requested and no one ever bothered to call me back. I finally went in to the store to talk to them and was told they would have a meeting with the manager on it and get back to me on how they would proceed.
