Excellent customer service. Casey exceeded my expectations in helping me find the parts I needed to complete my home irrigation project.
The customer service experience here is pretty much 180° the opposite of the typical hardware store- Inexperienced clerks Less than stellar attitude Extremely limited selection on their inventory Tendency to recommend products over what the customer goes in for Minimum $10 purchase (cash or credit card) Refunds will be store credit only The ACE Hardware across the street is a vastly superior experience
