I was a member for years. Absolutely loved the ease of maintenance appointments and they were accommodating with scheduling even for emergencies. Jeff and Luke are the best; Luke would ensure he did a great job and provided all the information he could for the customer to understand. Jeff would go above and beyond for service - even coming out during hurricane season when it was a bit rough. We called about a couple of error messages we were getting on our Daikin HVAC. We were told that they do not handle Daikin, and that it would be much better to call a Daikin distributor. Just so HONEST...and I feel confident that if you call for service, you will get the same honesty!!

As usual they come and do a great job. Thorough and affordable. They call me every 6 months to do the service. Haven’t had any problems. They even came out couple months back at an odd hour to fix a quick issue. Great overall dealing with them.

Robert was here today to troubleshoot a problem with my ac unit. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He was so knowledgeable and explained every step to me with such professionalism and grace. You are extremely lucky to have Robert as part of your team. Thanks Robert! I wanted to add a second review about another technician named AL. He was quite knowledgeable and knew exactly how to troubleshoot the problem I was having with my AC. Thank you AL for doing an awesome job.
