Chris from Ewing and Ewing Air Conditioning was professional, honest, and so helpful. My elderly parents had backed-up water from their AC system that leaked onto their garage floor on a Saturday night. Chris was quick to respond, even after hours. It really felt like he was taking care of family. We really appreciated his help fixing the problem, and he truly gave my Dad peace of mind knowing that the water leak was fixed. Thank you, Chris, for going out of your way after hours!

I called Ewing & Ewing to ask for help for my AC suddenly stopping. The tech was in my area and arrived in a half hour. Al quickly diagnosed the problem and requested the office parts staff to obtain the part from Rheam. A tech will drive to Miami to quickly pick it up.

Robert was here today to troubleshoot a problem with my ac unit. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He was so knowledgeable and explained every step to me with such professionalism and grace. You are extremely lucky to have Robert as part of your team. Thanks Robert! I wanted to add a second review about another technician named AL. He was quite knowledgeable and knew exactly how to troubleshoot the problem I was having with my AC. Thank you AL for doing an awesome job. This is an addendum to my previous review. ... read more

Chris came by this morning after our air conditioner stopped working last night. I am a lung disease survivor so air conditioning is vital especially in the summer of South Florida. Chris came and did his usual excellent work at the house. I can't speak highly enough about this company everybody that you speak with truly cares about you and those guys like Chris and down and everybody else and the people that answer the phone and Jr running the business I couldn't give a higher recommendation
