Showed up to my scheduled appointment and nobody was there. I called and they said they had me rescheduled for a later date, which they failed to inform me of. Would’ve been nice to know considering they know I had to come all the way from Sacramento.
If I can give them no star I would. This place is a joke. They have the rudest doctors there. My brother was told to go there for a his mental illness, and we have experienced the worse ever. These doctors don't know how a mental person feel like or how their day when for them to treat them like that. I was in the room with my brother and they way the doctors spoke to him is a No, NO.... if anyone ever have an appointment here and have a mental illness, my advice to you is fo else where. The lady i spoke to was a joke. The whole time I was arguing with her. Rude and unprofessional.. By the looks of the office in Roseville it looks like they mainly deal with drug addicts and abuse victims... If you have mental illnesses and are looking for help or psychological advice dont go here.
