kyle is quite possibly the best plumber i’ve ever worked with. I’ve had the chance to use Ewing Brothers Plumbing Co. twice, and both visits showed his strong plumbing knowledge and real focus on great customer service. kyle took time to explain the repair work, parts, and what was going on with the pipes and fixtures in a way that was easy to understand. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and his honesty really stood out. On the most recent job, he noticed that the estimate was off and let me know right away, then refunde... read more

We had a problem with the main kitchen drain line that caused our utility sink to back up downstairs. It had been snaked once before by another plumber, but the clog clearly was not fully cleared because the drain started backing up again not long after. With a newborn at home and family visiting, we really needed fast help and a clean fix. Thomas and Julian arrived the same day I called Ewing Brothers Plumbing Co. and took care of the drain issue quickly and thoroughly. They explained what was going on, cleared the line bet... read more

Great experience with Ewing Brothers Plumbing Co. My washing machine drain line backed up over a holiday weekend, and they called me first thing monday morning just like the message said. malachi asked helpful questions about what was happening, the age of my home, and the plumbing setup so they could understand the issue before coming out. He clearly explained the pricing, gave me a fair estimate for a typical drain repair, and also mentioned that older homes can sometimes have extra plumbing complications depending on what... read more

I do not usually write reviews, but this plumbing service was so good I had to share. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We live in an older home with an aging cast iron sewer line that kept backing up and causing constant plumbing trouble. It was stressful and frustrating. Other plumbers had come out before, but they only wanted to clear the clog and leave. None of them had the proper sewer equipment or a real long-term fix, and some did not follow up like they said they would. Then Randall came out ... read more

WOW! I won’t use any other plumber after this. From the first phone call with Ewing Brothers Plumbing Co., everything was friendly, professional, and easy. The techs who came to my home, Thomas and Kyle, really knew their plumbing work and clearly cared about getting the problem fixed the right way. The repair was more involved than expected, and in the end we had to replace a fairly new tankless water heater. Thomas handled the first troubleshooting visit, and Kyle picked up right where he left off. Kyle stayed late on a ra... read more
