Randall and Malachi did an excellent job fixing our shower control when we had no hot water. The handle had a stuck screw that was tough to remove, but they got it out quickly. They also replaced the Moen mixer cartridge and the anti-scald pressure sensor, making the shower work perfectly again. While they were here, they noticed our bathtub faucet was leaking and took care of that as well. We also had a blocked toilet because part of a plunger broke off inside. I was very happy with the service. The plumber arrived right on schedule and was really careful about keeping my home clean. Every time Randall needed to go out to the truck, he took off his shoe covers so he wouldn't track anything inside, and put them back on when he came back in. I’ve had other plumbers before who didn’t pay attention to this and ended up making a mess, but not this time.
