Staff is efficient and very careful to ensure we do not get expsoed to other sick patients. Our daughter has seen Dr. Klein for years and she just loves her.
If I could give Dr. Pamela Klein 5,000 stars, I would!! We have been using Dr. Klein for over 20 years. She goes out of her way to make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered. Dr. Klein was a Godsend to me when my first child was born, unfortunately with severe health issues. I always felt confident that Dr. Klein would address my son's health issues to the best of her ability or put me in contact with someone who could. My second child is 19 and in college but still insist on using Dr. Klein!
Dr Foland is kind, informed, and sensitive to questions and concerns. She is clear with the direction and information she provides so that we are able to make informed decisions for our children. We appreciate her and would definitely recommend her.
I honestly feel uncomfortable with her as my child's Dr. and am looking to switch. I 100% understand that googling things and forming an opinion isn't the best decisions. This is why I like to bring up information I've gathered to my Dr. to get their qualified responses. However, when asking her questions she is quite rude and condescending. She understands complex conditions, listens to the parent, listens to the child, and is very smart!
My youngest child just aged out of Dr. Lenga's practice however she is the pediatrician both my children went to from birth to 18. Dr. Lenga genuinely cares about her patients (and their parents). She has such a wonderful bedside manner. She was always very thorough and going to the doctor was never fearful for my kids. We were sad when we had to move on.
Dr. Klein is very personable and professional! She has always treated my daughter well and explains in detail what is going on and what the correct treatments are . We have been coming for years and never had a bad experience with her or the staff in the office . Very pleased!
Love this doctor and this office. The staff always make my kids feel special and I know they are in good hands.
Absolutely the best pediatrician in Pensacola. Dr. Amy is a good listener, thorough, and she doesn't push medicine on the children, but rather she seeks alternative ways to treat non-threatening issues before suggesting medicines to the children. Her office is clean, the staff is friendly, and the nurse lines are very helpful. Cannot speak highly enough about this doctor.
