Terrible hospital.
Great place to go to be told that your health is of the utmost importance and that they listen to you all while completely ignoring every single thing you say. I have now countless times been stuck with this clinic due to insurance and living out in the country there are very limited options and this is very quickly become one of if not the worst places I've been. Called to ask if they had a specific prescription my family member needed to save his life, and was told they don’t give out that information. Two other hospitals were able to tell me so I was able to find a hospital that does.
I've never had a hospital not follow-up with things. Just crazy. They refer you to a different Doctor for something. Can you wait and you wait and you wait? And finally you call. Oh, we're sorry. Nobody reached out to you happen morn. Once and if you're here, trying to get a medication, that needs a preauthorization from your insurance company. You might as well forget about it cause it takes them forever. I'm over 6 weeks waiting and still have not got it done yet. Will definitely be looking for a new family Doctor to get a... read more
Coming from Chicago this is absolutely better. All of the staff and Dr's are really polite and the service provided is fantastic. Plenty of parking and ease of finding where you need to go. Chicago hospitals should come and see how it's supposed to be done.
