Received E-Wee info as an affiliate of Bell to setup a new Mobility plan. Received a damaged phone, called E-Wee to rectify and we were... ghosted! Nobody returns your calls, emails or even text messages... thanks guys! E-Wee had no problem calling us everyday to make sure we locked in to a contract but once the contract was signed and they realized they had to help us with a return of a device - no one is reachable or even returns calls anymore. Lesson learned - no more third parties (even if it's to save a few bucks) - go ... read more

had an issue( self inflicted) with our phone system. Ewee tech team jumped on it right away...2 thumbs up!
Excellent company with outstanding support from Nick and his team. They stepped in to resolve a Bell issue after Bell refused to take responsibility. We wouldn't have been able to fix it without their help. Highly recommended!
