I have been trying to contact them for support for over a week and they cannot be reached by email or phone. Have they gone out of business?
My husband purchased this ring in back in 2018 and I have LOVED it! It was such a great price and the company was so easy to work with. I have been back frequently to get my ring cleaned. BUT since then I lost a diamond, I knew that the company had a warranty that would cover this, so I have been trying to contact them. There has been ZERO response. I have tried to call, message, and email about 100 times.

We purchased my husband’s wedding band from e-WeddingBands.com. He was set on a platinum ring, but we didn’t want to spend that kind of money at a jeweler. We found exactly what he was looking for, and we could not be happier with the platinum ring we got here at a great price! We originally had the inside of the ring engraved with our wedding date.
