Highly deplorable business practices. EWC attempted to justify towing my parked car (that is legally registered to my name and address) from in front of my own property due to the absence of a permit sticker, despite the fact the entire premise of the bylaw was to ensure residents had parking in front of their own respective properties. Dear Kevin and Karen, After 3 horrible unprofessional property management companies your company (Karen our trusted PM) got it all corrected and financially straitened out in three months time what the others couldn’t do or would not do in years. The previous management companies failed to fulfill their duties did not pay our water bills and benchmark leaving us with fines due to their negligence. I have had nothing but a good experience with EWC. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. I’m big on maintenance and spotted some issues that needed repair. Ashley always gets back to my emails and sends someone by to address any problems that have to do with the outside of our home. I’ve also replaced windows, doors, and fencing, which require approval and Ashley is always quickly on top of it. I’ve had zero problems.
