While their workers are pleasant to speak with, their follow though on request for information is horrendous. I've been trying since May 2025 to obtain my Board member names. I've been getting the run around. I've spoken to Joyce Powers (stopped answering my emails), Karen (for weeks she's been saying that she would get back to me with information, and referred my request to Kevin (Owner EWC). I recently had an outstanding experience with E.W.C. Property Management while working on a co-op loan. The team, particularly Ashley Pennington, was incredibly helpful and efficient. I needed to gather a large number of documents, and they provided everything I required in a remarkably prompt manner. James and Marcus have made life a living no hell. I would rather go live in my car then rent another $2000 townhome from them. They will try to scam you into keeping your security deposit. They ask for $4000 security deposit and don’t want to give it back. Awefull to do buisness with. Made every worry everyone has about a landlord come true.
