James and Marcus have made life a living no hell. I would rather go live in my car then rent another $2000 townhome from them. They will try to scam you into keeping your security deposit. They ask for $4000 security deposit and don’t want to give it back. Awefull to do buisness with. Made every worry everyone has about a landlord come true. I have dealt with numerous management companies over the last 12 years and EWC is by far the best. Ashley is on top of everything here and draws on her experience with other HOAs over the years. She knows what things should cost, which vendors to deal with, and what we should prioritize. But she listens to our concerns and the final decisions are always left to us. BTW I reside at Avon Condominiums in Staten Island.
