Unprofessional called to inquire about postings they had online and got no response back from anyone and then I checked online and it said not selected, communication would go a long way
If I could give them more stars I would!! I called another dealership up the road to service my skid steer. It took 3 calls and over 6 hours to get a response and quote. I called these folks and Dan in service answered my call. He was pleasant and followed through with everything he agreed to. Wrote me up a quote in 30 mins, called me back after getting the quote and gave me updates on the machine when I dropped it off. The icing on the cake for me is....
