my experience could not have been better. Mike scheduled pickup to fit in our schedule. Joel was on time and called when he was close. Adam assessed the damage and Mike ordered the parts. was informed by text as each stage was completed. My machine was returned when promised. I have been using almost daily since it's return. I can't recommend the Ewald Dealer in Fredericksburg, TX highly enough. I have rented from them several times as our mower was down and I had to get the job done. I rented from them several times and their rental guy Justin was over the top helpful. I needed a mower and he went above and beyond to track one down at another store so that I could have it rented when needed. This dealership provides excellent customer service. Our salesman Glen was extremely responsive. He was quick to answer questions and provide various quotes as requested. Anthony delivered our equipment and spent at least 2 hours providing an in-depth tutorial on operations and routine checks/maintenance. He also informed us of ways they could support us with our other non-Kubota equipment maintenance and repairs.
