The Ewald Kubota Seguin location has without a doubt, has the best service department in all of Ewald. Jesse and his team are outstanding. I reached out to Jesse and he quickly arranged to have my RTV picked up diagnosed repaired serviced and returned to me the very next day. I had to take my Kubota 97-2 in for some warranty work. The service manager Jessie got right on it and got parts ordered right away. Knowing they were going to be closed for a few days I needed my machine back for jobs and they got right on getting it fixed and delivered right to my shop. So I'm back up and running.
