Great experience with lonnie peterson
We took our vehicle in to service the aeb system. Were told it needed a new module that was back ordered indefinitely. Dealership offered to do it free as a kind gesture when it did show up. Took the car home and waited. A/c stopped working. Took it in for the a/c to be looked at. The tech took it on a joyride going 70mph, hard braking and hard acceleration alerts got triggered. Ill start by saying back in 2018 I bought my current vehicle from them and at the time I had absolutely no issues. That being said today I went to get new tires as mine were at the end of their life. I dropped it off at 7am and they said it would be done by noon or 1pm at the latest I call at 11:45am and they said it was getting aligned and would be done within the hour. Perfect. However, our recent experience was marred by a significant lack of communication and unacceptably long waiting times, which fell short of professional standards.
