Awful experience, the whole process was a nightmare. I designed my new kitchen with Sara, who left after 4 days I signed and ordered. This resulted in missed details and features that I requested but were not noted. The manager Shawnette and Bridget never showed on site until I called for a meeting to discuss all the damages and defective cabinets that I had installed in my new construction home. Kevin the installer did a very poor job, using the wrong screws and damaged 80% of the kitchen cabinets, he also installed clearly... read more
