Hands down my favorite gym in Central FL! They have an awesome community, great coaches, and all of the equipment you need for a great CrossFit or HYROX workout🤩
Great atmosphere, friendly members, caring coaches.
Great crossfit and bootcamp WODs with outstanding equipment selection and facility! I drop in 1-2 times a month when I’m in town. I finish every WOD sweaty and sore but feeling stronger the next day. The coaches are welcoming, supportive, and provide expert guidance. The regulars are friendly and helpful.
very bad experience with management
I appreciate this gym offer both CrossFit and Bootcamp classes. The schedule app is really easy to use. I enjoyed tracking my progress too. The coaches are very kind, attentive, and helpful. I found each of them helped scaled the different workouts down to meet where I was at. The community is very positive. This gym really taught me that everyone can do CrossFit. There’s so many great ways to make this workouts accessible to all fitness levels. Grateful for the coaches and how they’ve inspired me on my own health journey.
