Great crossfit and bootcamp WODs with outstanding equipment selection and facility! I drop in 1-2 times a month when I’m in town. I finish every WOD sweaty and sore but feeling stronger the next day. The coaches are welcoming, supportive, and provide expert guidance. The regulars are friendly and helpful.
very bad experience with management
I appreciate this gym offer both CrossFit and Bootcamp classes. The schedule app is really easy to use. I enjoyed tracking my progress too. The coaches are very kind, attentive, and helpful. I found each of them helped scaled the different workouts down to meet where I was at. The community is very positive. This gym really taught me that everyone can do CrossFit. There’s so many great ways to make this workouts accessible to all fitness levels. Grateful for the coaches and how they’ve inspired me on my own health journey.
CrossFit and Bootcamp classes available. Open Gym and lots of space for either by yourself or in a class! Safe environment, enough bathrooms and showers. I've been going here for years and I LOVE the challenge it brings to my life every week.
Elite at Lake Mary is an amazing box. Great coaches, great vibe, nice and supportive people working out and helping the less experienced like me. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Really honest business and people. Thank you for everything. 🙂
