**ZERO STARS** I had a very disappointing experience at Evva Beauty Lounge in Deerfield Beach. I was quoted a total of $197 (including taxes) for my hair service, but when I went to pay, I was charged $384. I had written and verbal confirmation of the lower price, yet the final charge was nearly double. This type of bait-and-switch is unfair and deceptive.
