I would give them a zero rating if I could. Paid the final move out payment they requested of $1320. They swore they never got the money that was given to them in person. They turned it over to a collection agency. The collection agency harassed me so bad stating Williamsburg Apts. in Cincinnati never got the money I paid them again. This company has been holding my security deposit for over 5 months now and are refusing to return my calls or emails. Never was even given the key, to the unavailable apartment I'd signed a lease and have been paying homeowners insurance for. Just excuse after excuse about why it's not "move-in ready" yet. This company has disgusting business practices. I can tell you as a former employee, they do not care about the people that work for them anymore than the people that live in their apartments. Not only are they the true definition of a slumlord from a renter's perspective, they are also a dishonest and completely untrustworthy employer. Also note that nearly every positive review is fake. It's interesting that they are all from profiles that have only ever left a review for them. Don't fall for it.
