Evtex Companies has really been a great Management Company to work with and I really have a lot of respect for how hard they work at managing our properties. Robyn who has handled our account for many years now has really worked hard at improving the properties and handling all repairs, and keeping the tenants content as if the properties were her own. My family and I are fortunate to have her handling our buildings and our tenants are fortunate as well. .

I have been working with Robyn Berry at Evtex Management for over ten years. We asked her to manage all our warehouses that were really un rented and in poor shape! Robyn has worked with us to improve the property and keep it rented Continually! We could not have done this without her expertise! When we need repairs she has such amazing contacts they are there right away. All our tenants respect Robyn and really like working with her. She is fair and honest.
