Ted is a very honest and knowledgable. His personality shows through his staff as well. All his staff members there are very courteous and professional. As soon as you walk in the door, you know it's a higher caliber shop than just a simple car modification shop which come a dime a dozen. It may not be the best picture perfect location to bring in exotic cars or high end luxury vehicles , but the area in the daytime is very secure. I had the Huper Optik Ceramic Tinting installed this past summer (amongst other things) and their service and attention to detail is excellent. The prices may be a bit high but you get what you paid for and I'm very happy with the upgrades.
