I have lived here since they opened. The units are spacious. The amenities are family friendly. The club house is beautiful. The leasing staff are accommodating, very friendly, helpful and they truly care for there tenants. There maintenance crew work really hard to keep the community clean. Its nice to be apart of a community that looks after one another.
This apartment complex is an amazing place so far, people are friendly, the office has the best people that have gone above and beyond. 10 out of 10 recommend
Moving here has been the best decision I’ve made!!! I personally haven’t had a problem here. All the neighbors are so friendly and nice! Living here at EVR makes me feel like I have my own home. The cleanliness of EVR makes the living experience 10/10 as well. The amenities are very enjoyable as well.
I've been living at EVR Porter for a little less than a year but I already know I'd love to stay here for years until I find my forever home. I really love this community; it's quiet and the common areas and overall property are always clean and well maintained. Also any maintenance requests I've had or heard about are handled quickly and the staff is always friendly and easy to work with, which makes everything feel a lot more stress free.
