Terrible experience. Carol grove, is dishonest even in the court room. Should be ashamed of herself. I could list all the awful things but I won't. Just avoid this company and their shady practices.
Carol Grove, the owner, is not a good person. Went as far as to lie to the courts about pet deposits not being refundable and that deposits were not made, but on my lease - it has "Refundable," deposits , with amounts and dates we paid. Did not fix a major flooring issue timely (6 years). Lied in court about emails , texts, etc. Avoid this rental company.
I worked with Lanette when moving in to my new place. Despite me being sporadic, giving her short notice and being relentless with my questions she was very prompt and thorough in helping me! Edit 11/16/21 Downgraded rating because of slow response time on matters. Lanette left shortly after I moved in. Now when I bring up issues (which are rare) it takes a while to get a response. I’d stay far away from this company. They have incredibly horrible attitudes, slow response, and don’t know how to get properties ready for rental. I had a lease signed with deposit paid for a “luxury loft”, on move in day the property was not ready. It reeked of dog urine from last owner and they only tried to mask the smell with air fresheners, that didn’t work.
