My first counseling and why did I wait so many years. Trisha is wonderful. She has helped me gain confidence I lost over the years. She’s helped me reconnect with my husband of 44 years. Mostly she’s lead me to deal with life as it hits me. She has helped me take better care of ME by setting boundaries. My family immediately started noticing my simple changes.
