Highly recommend Evolved Chiropractic to anyone from athletes to people dealing with ongoing pain they have you covered. After a few visits I already had relief and by the end of my treatment plan was back pain free!

This is not your ordinary chiropractor! Dr Lesik offers a huge variety of services that fit your chiropractor and rehabilitation needs! Would recommend him to anyone of all ages! Just in the few times I’ve worked with him I’ve felt tremendous differences and has helped me preform better overall in the gym and at work!

After getting an MRI and realizing nothing was torn, the surgeon suggested a steroid shot into my shoulder. Which took away the pain I had from an impingement in my left shoulder. I am an active gentlemen. Around 90 days later the pain came back. I asked around the gym for another alternative and Evolved was mentioned a couple times. I reached out to Ryan, went thru some mobility drills and suggested a course of action. He tailor a training regiment to fit to my fitness goals. I am a competitive powerlifter. I recently had a competition, and as I was pushing some heavier weights Ryan’s techniques and practices helped me stay healthy and feeling good for my entire meet prep. I will continue seeing Dr. Lesik for life to keep me feeling healthy!

I went to Evolved initially out of convenience. I quickly learned that Dr. Lesik was different, he didn’t provide traditional cookie cutter chiropractic adjustments. He listened to my issues, gathered all of the necessary information and created a plan, to not just relieve my lower back pain, but strengthen my entire lower body, in order to reduce future pain and injuries. I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10
