The potential for earnings is very high at Evolve. If you enjoy talking to people, this place is for you. Very fast paced environment. The staff at my time of employment expressed favoritism, and were very harsh. I was suspended for wearing tennis shoes. On the same day, the supervisor that carried out this harsh sentence seen that her friend was wearing basketball shoes, and turned a blind eye because of their friendship.

Supervisors control who gets the commission by disconnecting calls and manipulation. Just keep in mind they want you to think it’s random. If you challenge this or don’t act how they want you to in some basic way, there are consequences. Also, supervisors make fun of how you sound on the phone. Very disrespectful things go on just for someone else’s thrill. They kind of humiliated me in many ways. They only give 2 breaks of 10 minutes each and a 30 minute lunch. Evolve rocks. You can make a lot of money here if you are willing to put forth the effort. The people are nice.:) They take care of their employees.
