I have never ran into a business as unprofessional as Evolve Studio. The first time I made an appointment, I called them on the phone a week prior. I thought it was weird that they never contacted me to confirm my appointment the day before. Once I got there they told me that they didn't have my appointment listed in their system, so they squeezed me in to their schedule with a junior stylist handling me.
