All the people are extremely friendly people, however I went in a week prior to get the price of my hair color and cut. I made it very clear I didn't want to go over $200, the lady at the front desk put everything into the computer (including extra product as I have very thick hair). I was told I'd be paying $151. Saturday I went to get my hair done, balayage and a haircut. 5 hours later it was past closing so I said I would come back later for a hair cut as I didn't want everyone to work way over. I was bored with my hair and in desperate need for a change. I had no idea what I wanted. Madeline had a vision, I went with it and I'm so happy I did. It turned out fantastic! Madeline is amazing! I absolutely love the color and the cut. It's beautiful, fun and sassy! I get compliments on it all the time. Thank you Madeline!

I enjoyed my experience but was upset that I couldn't get what I wanted but was told my hair was too damaged to make blonde which I understand and I was happy with the stripping of all my old coloring jobs but my hair was toned and now that I have washed it a couple times it's turning red and all my grey hair is still there I spent a lot of money and four hours there to get nothing but a cut and color taken out but my hair looks worse than before the color is not flattering and all my grey is showing still I'm not happy at a... read more
