Best Facial and Massage I've Ever Had!! – I recently got a facial and a 90 min massage for my birthday. It was the most amazing treatment I have ever had. My skin felt so nice and hydrated after my treatment and my muscles were all relaxed. After the treatment Lindsay (the esthetician/massage therapist) Kindly recommended what products my skin needed. Disappointed – When I called to set an appointment, I explained that I was looking for a new stylist. I was scheduled with someone they said was very skilled. She did a decent job, but was overpriced for the services. What I can't figure out is why they put me with someone who was moving out of town within a couple of weeks. Had I known that, I would have asked for someone else.

Worst spa experience ever – I went to get the custom facial since the spa offered a $60 service on Groupon earlier. They woman who helped me offered to put cream on my hands and feet since I came a little early. I agreed thinking that this was a nice extra service. Low and behold, she charged me $40 for these extra services. On top of that, she was very aggressive about selling me overpriced spa products and my face felt extremely greasy after the facial. Overall, terrible.

Horrible Experience Here Today – I have to say I had a horrible experience at Evolve Day salon today. I schedule an appointment for a highlight and haircut nearly 4 weeks ago. I arrived on time at 10am and there were two receptionists waiting at the front desk. I could see my stylist was already with another client, so I waiting patiently. After about 15 minutes of waiting one of the receptionists asked “does she know you’re here?” Isn’t that your job to tell her? Excellent Full Service Salon! – I recently got married and Evolve took care of EVERYTYHING for me! I started about 4 months before my wedding getting my hair and nails done for engagement pictures. Erika, the owner, helped me pick out the perfect products to keep my hair healthy and shiny. Two weeks before the wedding I got my hair cut and colored, and then we experimented with different styles to go with my veil. I also got a full body wrap and lost 6 inches! Perfect everytime – This salon is so nice. The girls are friendly and the owner is really involved in everything. My hair always looks perfect and I have seen a couple of different stylists when my usual girl (Elizabeth) isn't available. There isn't any drama there which is apparent since the girls all get along. I feel bad when I have to go to another stylist but they are nothing but friendly about it..there isn't the "stealing" attitude there. Worst acrylic nails ever! – I was seeking out a new place to get my nails done after the person I have always gone to moved. I found Evolve Salon and Day Spa, and made an appointment. I showed up on time, and waited. And Waited. And waited.... Finally, the nail tech was free 45 MINUTES LATE. The nails took twice as long as they should, looked like absolute crap (too thick, uneven, bumpy, etc.) and then came off in 2 DAYS! Best Salon in SLC – I didn't have an appt but the staff made me feel very comfortable and important. I was greeted immediately and was able to get an appt right away. I got highlights and a haircut for a very reasonable price. Honestly I would have paid a lot more for the outcome. I will never go to another salon, I have found one after years of searching! Don't waist your time going anywhere else.

Best Salon I have ever worked for! – I have been doing hair for 10 years now and this is the best salon I have ever worked at. The talent in this salon is amazing. It is very well staffed & managed.
