I have been trying to call this business for over a month to see if they billed both my insurances for several injections I received from them this year. Their portal does not itemize it's billing. When I finally claimed to be calling on a recorded line someone finally called me back to confirm that I do not owe any money even though I have been getting bills for 6 months claiming that I do owe $200 in co-pays. After that assurance I have gotten 3 more monthly bills. Life is too short to get this much grief scheduling appts.... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place ‘s goal is clearly to generate income as a first priority, not to care for its patients. I took my 84 year old mother who was living with debilitating pain to Evolve and found them to be disorganized, unreliable with following up on agreed actions they were to take, returning phone calls and dealing with prescriptions, and they have policies that clearly benefited the providers’ finances ahead of their patients’ well being.
