First time I've been to this practice....and it will be my last. Looks like a nice facility but staff are robotic and appear to care less about their patient. Zero privacy as you sit and wait in a small room with someone you don't know, then you're taken back told to lay down on a bed that felt like a massage parlor! Shot given...next!

My husband was referred here due to very acute pain. We were expecting to have long wait periods but everything moved very quickly and he seen by his provider much earlier than was expected. All our questions were answered clearly and we knew exactly what to expect. When it was evident that my husband’s condition was quite severe they did everything they could to schedule him as early as possible. Dr. Dhillon is the bees knees! The staff here have been very kind and tender to my back. Although, my back isn't completely healed, they have done their best. It's a journey, not a sojourn/sprint.

Don't go to Dr. Pope unless you plan on waiting at least an hour for each appointment and over 2 - 3 hours late for your epidural procedures. I finally had enough. When I mentioned my frustration, Dr. Pope was extremely dismissive and very arrogant. Didn't seem to care about patient's time. Dr. Dhillon is great; however, Pope would not allow me to be treated by her. My husband also loves Dr. Dhillon. Bottom line, I prefer UCSF. I would never use this place again for pain management. My “physician” came in looking like she’d been on a weekend bender, complete with dirty, worn out Converse shoes (I’m all for wearing Converse; I own several but these looked like a dumpster fire, and was visually unprofessional). Most importantly, she was completely unprofessional and inaccurate in administering my injections.
