After 2 visits with a “talk therapist “ billing my insurance $600.00 for 1 hour, then 3 visits with a N.P. ( not a psychiatrist) who was in network with my BCBS but then billed as seeing their Medical Director ( a doc), who is NOT in my network, speaking with their business office, I received no legitimate answers on why they can bill these outrageous amounts and also include a Provider in billing who I have never met. Be aware ! Watch your insurance claims!
Great people and the staff is awesome and they really want to help.
First time meeting with Brian Cooper for talk therapy. We connected immediately was easy to talk to share my issues. He’s from Long Island New York like me. I was apprehensive before meeting because therapist I had in New York Janet Simone who I also connected with immediately is not licensed in NC so I had to get used to a new therapist.
