Terrible office staff and even worse upper management by this organization. I was neglected for months without adequate care and then DENIED healthcare when I needed it the most. This office only cares about your money and not the patient’s overall care. I was left without adequate healthcare and nobody even reached out to me to address the concern. 0/10, not recommended.

My confidence in this practice is declining rapidly. I was happy working with James O'Shea who left the practice about 6 months ago. I was assigned to another person named Naveen who seemed a bit aloof and not really invested in our 5 minute telemed visits. He left the practice on 5/20. Now I'm being assigned to someone else. I'm not really happy with the revolving door of practitioners. Please hire people who intend to stick around and are actually invested in their patients care. I'm looking into alternatives.
4-4-2026 Evolve in Wilmington, NC, has no doctor at this location (their owner/doctor is only in NY) so when you see their S.W./talk therapist or their "med management" NP, you will be charged an extra $200.00 along with their already extremely costly visit fee, apparently for this doc to read what your provider has written, whether you are there for one hour or a visit of less than 10 minutes! Beware!
I would not recommend. This place has done nothing but misdiagnosed me. Horrible discussion making by docs in here. Bunch of UN EMPATHIC PEOPLE INCLUDING THE OWNER
