They canceled my appointment and refused to reschedule
They literally close the office any time it snows and then they refuse to rebook you for your appointment. I spoke to henna who was extremely rude and short with me and my grandmother. And pretty much told me that me I’m not getting my medicine 2x this week in office like I’m supposed be seen and she told me there was nothing she could do when I offered to come in any time wendsday Thursday and Friday and she is refusing to work with me at all!
I have never had an easy time getting my medication. This place is as bad as all the rest, and I would not recommend them.
Never called my girlfriend to let her know the appointment was cancelled & she left work early + drove an hour plus out of the way for them to say she was cancelled when she got there
