update: as of 11/22/25 I received a check in the mail for the balance that I was owed. although I still never received any responses or apologies from this team, really unfortunate as I liked the provider a lot but just can’t justify continuing to be a patient here this is not about their providers, but billing. unfortunately they were charging me copays for seven months when i shouldn’t have been charged. not a huge deal, mistakes happen. yet they won’t take accountability, return my calls, or emails. the only email they se... read more
this is not about their providers, but billing. unfortunately they were charging me copays for seven months when i shouldn’t have been charged. not a huge deal, mistakes happen. yet they won’t take accountability, return my calls, or emails. the only email they sent back to me was basically a copy and paste message without even addressing me by name, just saying that they check with insurance before processing any copays. which of course is not true as how could they miss that for seven months if it were? i am owed 9 payment... read more
