Absolutely awful, just don't bother. Had a call scheduled and they mentioned that I had a balance. I mentioned that I paid over $320 last month and that was the full balance at the time, she leaves me on hold to get confirmation from the provider and can't reach anyone. Then they proceed to transfer me to the provider and no one shows up so they leave me in the call with no one for over 30 minutes until I finally hang up. Just don't waste your time with this service. Completely unprofessional.
