Editing to add 2 years later- that I took a year off because my insurance change and they no longer accepted me but came back now that my new insurance is accepted, since none of these people work here any longer I was send to the syosset office and this company has gone majorly down hill. I’ve missed 2 appointments due to their healow system malfunctioning. I suggest finding a better psychiatrist office that cares about their patients and knows how to use their own systems. EDIT 8/2025 They must be paying people for 5 star reviews. As for the generated responses to the negative reviews, there ya go. Proves they don't care about the people leaving them. - Ylonka DeJesus was the first provider I saw. I did the standard intake assessments which she didn't go over with me once I got in her office. She started asking me what medications I was on and once she heard the word XANAX, all bets were off. Suddenly I was "dependant" and the only thing she cared about was getting me off Xanax.
