Guest service is awful .. agent was arguing with me and then laughing at me. Worst property management company I have ever used and have traveled extensively. No wonder they have 2.8 in reviews. I tried to cancel within 24 hour with zero response and then called the actual company for him to just tell me I wasn’t in the 48 hour window. Even within that call was still in 48 hours. Website indicates free cancellation yet they steal your money
Went back and forth on whether or not my booking on AirBnB was cancelled without consulting the owner. Used extremely vague language and gave poor and dishonest reasoning as to why my booking was canceled. I spoke with the owner of the AirBnB they are managing and only then was the matter resolved and my booking was renewed. This company also outsources their labor to other countries.
The house was comfortable just a few things need to be addressed. The freezer door couldn’t stay closed. When the fire place lit up we had to go outside and wait because the house smelt like gas. Like I said wonderful and comfortable
