I have been to four physical therapy clinics in San Diego and Evolve is by far the most professional. The people at the front desk are very courteous, helpful, and do a great job of texting several days ahead to notify patients of upcoming appointment dates and times. My physical therapist for the last year and a half has been Meghan Burris. She originally worked on a bad meniscus tear and more recently a torn rotator shoulder injury. Megan and Sam deserve a five-star rating for their outstanding services. However, I can only give one star to the front desk due to my experience with the refund process for my double payments. It was a frustrating and humiliating experience that fell short of my expectations as a paying customer. Accurate billing and efficient resolution of any issues are crucial aspects of quality service that should not be overlooked.
