Best gym experience of my life! I have lost 10 pounds and gained muscle. I was looking at some of the negative reviews and laughing. Looks like a couple are from scammers (overseas fake facebook accounts) or from people who did not realize that is a private 24/7 gym. Give Richard a call and check em out!
I have been a member for almost four years. The trainers are excellent. This is a small facility which is nicer than the mega-gyms. It depends on what you want. It is clean and well-maintained. A nice, friendly atmosphere.
