There is a ton of passion behind these guys. They truly want to help people get healthy and live better lives. What they offer is so unique and who knew the service was free at the moment before they launch. I don’t know why anyone with Hypertension or who is pre-hypertensive wouldn’t sign up.

I dropped in on a restorative yoga class that a good friend recommended. I am a novice at practicing yoga and this was the first time I had ever done restorative yoga. The instructor created a wonderful space of warmth and relaxation. And as we began to move through the poses, I felt bliss and joy rise through my body... Its hard to really figure out the energy there at evolve but It's almost like it has a long lineage of healers, just holding the space for people to be.
